Responsibilities:

• In charge of interpretation of aesthetic, function and structural of store design concept and retail site analysis.
• Responsible for project management for new store construction and improvements/renovation and maintenance of company's retail outlets, including set-up for events, exhibits and other architectural-related projects.
• Coordinate with Brand Managers and Foreign Principals to ensure that requirements are complied with.
• Accountable for project openings, turn over and completion of pertinent governmental requirements.
• Ensure that project budgets are met and quality standards of retail design are maintained.
• Monitors and supervises technical staff, collaborates with respective departments and management on the schematic designs and proposals, and tasks for the implementation of the company's rules and regulations.

Requirements:

• Graduate of Architecture, Interior Design or related course. Post graduate course is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in related functions, 3 years of which gained in retail industry
• With technical expertise and knowledge on design presentation, project management and construction supervision.
• Technical know-how on the latest version of AutoCadd; familiarity with Photoshop/CorelDraw and 3D Max.
• Ability to interact with mall administration, clients and has established network with contractors, construction workforce, government personnel and professional allied services.
• Strong leadership, management and organizational skills.
• Effective negotiation skills
• Good communication skills, both in verbal and written forms.
• Flexible, can withstand work pressure.
• Willing to work in Makati City.
