Position Description
Architectural and Finishing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and liaise with client, consultants, designers and contractors.
- Manage all submissions before construction.
- Prepare necessary drawing / sketch to facilitate the site work.
- Supervise workmanship of site works.
- Monitor and control works progress.
- Prepare daily report, progress report, required summaries and records.
- Report to the Senior
Requirements:
- Male.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 5 years relevant working experience.
- Experience in interior work is essential.
- Good command in both English & Thai.
- Computer literacy.
