Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entirely of construction projects (such as the construction of Process Plant, Piping, Mecahnical and etc.)
• Planning, leading, monitoring and controlling projects with support and co-operations from team members.
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other requirements.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, chages and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Direct and supervise workers.
• Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
• Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction project.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
• Develop and implement quality control programs.
• Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather or emergencies at construction site.
• Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintainance of structures, facilities and systems.
• Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans using computers.
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss the resolve matters such as work procedutres, compliants, and contruction problems.  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
  
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCad.
• Excellent communication skills Bahasa Malaysia, English, Arabic
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
