ACES (Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore) embarked on an alliance with Vnix Pte Ltd (VNIX) through signing of a MOU(Memorandum of Understanding). The partnership will allow VNIX as a strategic business partners in offering a one - stop solution for ACES members in BIM (Building Information Modelling) solutions, services and resources.

BIM is a solution which uses computer modelling to simulate the development, construction and operation of a facility. The solution helps to create, open, combine and manage data-rich and highly constructible 3D models This will enable Architects, Engineers and contractors to navigate around them in real-time, to review the model, issue drawings, obtain the latest quantity and project manage the construction process.

VNIX's Managing Director, David Lim said, " To continue our lead in the 3D BIM modelling, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and other building services, we are constantly looking for new ways and means to exceed our client's expectation and to embrace the new technologies that give us the quantum leap in our capabilities to service our clients."
