i agree with you ceejay



oo ganun talaga specially if work in the Phils. or sabagay kahit san place naman meron crab mentality. Pero sana katulad na lang ang system ng companies natin sa Japan. Meron akong nabasa na isang article, na sa Japan pag may na promote na staff..ang kino congratulate is yung mentor or supervisor ng staff kasi sha ang nag nag train dun sa staff nya. Oh diba..that way kahit na hindi yung supervisor ang na promote..people will still recognize your contribution to the company.

what you mean is probably the "titled professionals"? i don't get it why people don't get to see the contributions of the other employees. just because what you do is not the main business of your company it doesn't mean you deserve less praise/less raise or none at all.
