and the other said you should put.
kayo po ba naglalagay pa?

| Kapag online application kasi usually walang photo. Kapag may interview appointment ka na, doon mo dadalin iyong original copy ng CV mo tapos attach mo na iyong photo mo. Saka dapat iyong photo ID or passport size, hindi iyong ginupit sa isang photo taken sa isang party. Dapat medyo pormal ang kuha, hindi iyong nasa side iyong ulo mo or sobrang smile or naka "peace" iyong daliri. |

Anna is right. Don't put your photo when you send your CV online. Sometimes HR people look at the photos and if they are not good-looking they will not be shortlisted. Give your photo only during interview appointments. |

I disagreed with Alvin. I think photo in the resume is a must. The resume is supposed to get us the "interview". Don't think of what will happen after the interview as they are not important yet. You need to secure the 1st base before proceeding to 2nd base, hence clinch the interview first. With photoshop nowadays, all shot can be glamour shots and if you look like Anna, please put in your photo. I will assure you that you will get an interview everytime...

| I have my picture taken at the third floor at Lucky Plaza. The uncle knows the appropriate size for either visa application, passport renewal, or job application. The cost is around S$ 10 for 6 photos. His shop is located facing the bus stop on Orchard Road, near the stairs. |

Wala naman mali at tama. You should know when to attach your photo or not. Some positions will require that you attach your photo (this is specially true in Marketing/Business Development positions-where "face value" is important because you are the forefront rep of your company..you must look presentable). On the other hand if your profession is not the type that regularly meets with clients, CV w/o photo is acceptable. Your skills and knowledge is what matters. |
